The product itself is a good idea all the strings awesome but the actual design of the sweater is boxy. I wear a xl in any sweater. I ordered my size and the hem of the sweater is tight. even the part ur head goes the is tight but I can deal with that. It still fit. The sweater is poorly shaped. It’s shaped like an upside down triangle. Big up top very narrow at the bottom. The costumer service was great. I emailed them about the small sweater and they sent me a xxl and it was too small also. It’s bigger up top but the hem at the waist same as the xl. Sad cause I wanted them to work. This sweater is for skinny people. If you have hips will not work.

NOT RESPONDING TO “ HELP” EMAIL ADDRESS OR TEXT MESSAGES AND NO PHONE NUMBER. SO IN RECEIVED THIS SURVEY TODAY I PRAY THEY GET THE MESSAGE TO SEND ME A RED OR YELLOW HOODIE IN A SIZE 8. I received my order when promised but there was a stain. Less than 24 hours later someone reached out and quickly sent a new sweatshirt and was told to keep the stained product. This type of service will always win. Not only are the products made of quality materials, the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Thank you and I’ll be back.
This company is impossible to work with… You can not communicate with them & if you do by email you have to re-email because they didn’t answer the question. They did not honor discounts….Went through such a process & at the last hour the name patch I wanted, they said they were out of A’s! Don’t think I will order again from them.
