My grands love their shirts. This is my 4th shirt (one for each). They are little pricy but the quality is great and if you want the kids to enjoy exchanging their patches it is worth it.
Not terribly happy with the return remedy. I am from Toronto and had to pay for shipment return and did not get exactly what I originally ordered.
Hi Donna. You contacted customer service regarding a return that we did not recieve. You could not locate it as you did not purchase tracking . We then made an expection in order to be sympathetic of your situation and gave you $40 in credits, as a gift. You used the credits to get free product. We always go above and beyond for our customers!!
I still have not received my items or gotten word about their whereabouts nearly 3 weeks after ordering!

The Rabble patch is ok but I don’t see my granddaughter wanting to wear it much.
My granddaughter was so happy when she recived hers, and everyone in her class said were you get them at there neat....
Everything about this company is bad. Returns are impossible as they can’t keep track of your order number.
Hi Vicki, sorry you were dissatisfied with the service. We offer free returns and sent you a prepaid label on May 7th from UPS and have issued you a refund for your order today, May 20th. Our normal processing time of returns is on the faster end, as our warehouse is in New Jersey and they process returns about 7 business days after they recieve them. We hope this solves any issues you had and is dealt with to your satisfaction.
The items are expensive for tee shirts. The shirt should include stickers and charge for extra ones. Dissatisfied with the business model of this company.
It says it was delivered but I only got part of my order

I am giving this out to the children in my class. This gives a child individuality and imagination.
I think it is a very creative idea. May not work as well for children who have difficulty keeping track of them. I got one for my granddaughter and her mother loves it but she has not used it yet.
I received your reply, but you didn’t respond to what my review was about and why it was so bad. Your customer service line was ignorant and rude, and then they offered me a a discount after the fact. No reason to be rude!!
Hello Sarah. I am sorry you feel mislead, on our sweaters and in all our pages online, it says the sweaters only come with the Rabble patch. All our patches come in a variety that we want people to chose from and they are sold seperately. We also offered you a discount to get the patches for less so we can help with the situation, which you declined.
i thought it was buy one get one free! I only received one sweatshirt??
Hello, you are right, our BOGO sale is on now, please check your email. You just had to add the second sweater to your order to get it for free, but since you didn't we emailed you to get the size and colour you want so we can add it for you! Lookign forward to hearing from you!
