It goes without saying that their products are innovative and adorable. But what stuck out to me was the speed with which I received a response to my email. I received my order when promised but there was a stain. Less than 24 hours later someone reached out and quickly sent a new sweatshirt and was told to keep the stained product. This type of service will always win. Not only are the products made of quality materials, the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Thank you and I’ll be back.
This company is impossible to work with… You can not communicate with them & if you do by email you have to re-email because they didn’t answer the question. They did not honor discounts….Went through such a process & at the last hour the name patch I wanted, they said they were out of A’s! Don’t think I will order again from them.

This is the cutest idea. I love the quality of the products as well as the functionality for children. This allows them to be creative designers at a young age. I love it!
My grands love their shirts. This is my 4th shirt (one for each). They are little pricy but the quality is great and if you want the kids to enjoy exchanging their patches it is worth it.
