It goes without saying that their products are innovative and adorable. But what stuck out to me was the speed with which I received a response to my email. I received my order when promised but there was a stain. Less than 24 hours later someone reached out and quickly sent a new sweatshirt and was told to keep the stained product. This type of service will always win. Not only are the products made of quality materials, the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Thank you and I’ll be back.
